Elevated Order: Bridging Hierarchy and Flow

Elevated Synergy – Office Design for Auditory & Tax Firm, Malaysia.

In response to the firm’s growing prominence, this two-story office renovation embraces spatial connection, environmental responsiveness, and cultural hierarchy. Located on the 3rd and 4th floors with separate external access, the design introduces an internal void—serving as both a vertical link and an architectural gesture of unity. A sculptural staircase anchors the void, culminating in a cantilevered glass meeting room suspended above the lobby, offering visual connectivity and status symbolism.

To combat intense southern heat, work zones are shielded with semi-opaque colored glass partitions that soften light and segment the linear space into more human-scaled environments. The west-facing volume, devoid of windows, houses dense archiving and storage—optimized for daily paper flow, recycling, and reuse. The result is a spatially efficient, climate-conscious office that reflects the firm’s structured culture and forward-looking identity.
